Griun Gyuwon

Font preview of Griun Gyuwon

Griun Gyuwon is a beautiful and cute Korean handwriting font by a Korean creator called Rune. According to her, creating her own handwriting has been her dream and finally she made it a reality. So basically she engaged with a font creation service company called Griun, and using the font template provided, she sent the template back filled with her handwriting characters and the company will proceed to turn it into a proper font (A side note, this is such an interesting and cool service helping people creating handwriting fonts).

Griun Gyuwon is a regular weighted font, but the font character appear bigger and a tiny bit bold. She then also created the thinner and smaller version on another post here. I would say the font works really well for many applications including digital applications like video subtitles, graphic design and also works nicely as a display font for your phone UI. People who change their default font for their mobile phone to a handwriting font can seriously consider this font. Besides that, this font also works well for designing cute and girly designs.

This font supports mostly Korean characters and basic latin characters. It’s free to download and available for personal and commercial use. If you are looking for handwriting font alternatives, please visit the handwriting category page.
