Cafe24 PRO UP
Cafe24 PRO UP (카페24 PRO UP) is a cool, bitmap-inspired Korean font that is free to download. It was constructed like a bold bitmap font but with slight up slant. The interesting design detail is that, although the characters are slanting up, the caps height, or the top part of the characters are kept flat, but with the teeth-like design like a serrated knife or bread knife. This font gives a very cool digital vibe, and the up slant increases the dynamic and sense of movement of the font.
Cafe24 PRO UP supports all the Hangeul characters and latin scripts, hence it can be used just for the latin characters for English language. I can imagine this font could be a terrific candidate for games, subculture, art exhibition designs, to express that cool and unique vibe. The best part is you can download and use this font for any personal and commercial projects, as this font is released under SIL Open Font License.
