Paperlogy

Preview of Paperlogy font

Paperlogy (페이퍼로지체) is a free geometrical sans serif font family that supports Korean and Japanese language. This font was made in collaboration with a Korean Youtube channel called “Paperlogy” that specialises in presentation related videos. Paperlogy is born from combining three open-sourced fonts: GMarket Sans (for the Korean letters), Montserrat (for the Latin letters) and M+ 2 (for the Japanese letter). Furthermore, the letters are modified and optimised for better font display from the get go without having to do much tuning from the user side, especially on Microsoft Powerpoint app where the options to tweak the font like kernings etc are limited.

Paperlogy comes with 9 static font weights from thin to black. It is free to download and can be use for commercial projects. The font comes with two versions: basically a Japanese language supported and non-Japanese supported version. Both are released under SIL Open Font License. Paperlogy is designed by Lee Ju-im, the same person that brought you another free font “Freesentation“, another font that is designed specially for presentation.
